MEETING WITH THE CARLISLE UNITED LONDON SUPPORTERS BRANCH

Graham and Stu will be attending The Carlisle United London Supporters Branch Meeting on the 20th of May. These meetings are held monthly and take place in Central London.

They have kindly allowed us to attend their meeting in order to look at how they run/organise things, which I am sure will help us to develope as a branch.

Although we have a good idea of what information we would like for them, we would also like some suggestions from other supporters. One thing we would like to discuss is an event around a game between the 2 clubs next season. This would involve a meet early on the Saturday for a competition of some sort, possibly to raise money. Then both sets of supporters watching the scores on Soccer Saturday, with Lord Jeff. It would be good to hear if exiles would be interested in getting involved with this.

Carlisle United London Supporters Branch

Their Branch is very well established having been formed 35 years ago and has approx 350 members. They are very involved with various social activities and organise a lot of events.

One of the things that they have asked is if we would be happy to have a pool/darts competition with them in the future. The venue is likely to be in Central london, where they hold their meetings. This is a great oppertunity to build strong links and secure another win against them!!! If anyone would be interested in participating please get in touch with;
