End of Season Party

The South East Poolies are looking to organise an end of season party to coincide with the last game of the season at Charlton Athletic on the 7th of May 2011. This will be open to members and non-members, including those that travel down for the weekend to see the game. The Friday night is currently pencilled, but this would change if more people who like it to be on the Saturday after the game.

We are looking to hold it in an area close to South East London that fans can access easily and that is also convenient for those staying in hotels. With this in mind a hotel function room or large bar would be the best option.

The party will feature a disco/karaoke as well as a buffet. We would also hope to get some items to raffle and raise money for the Hartlepool United School of Excellence. It will also be an opportunity for fans from all over the country to get together and have a good night.
We hope to be able to keep tickets at around the £10 mark, but this will depend on numbers. The more that buy tickets the cheaper it will be!

This is obviously going to take quite a bit of organising, so with this in mind we would welcome opinions particularly around what night to hold it, venue and other things that could make the night special. We would also like to know if you would want to attend so that we don’t waste time organising only to find that there are only 5 people attending!
