SUN NEWSPAPER OFFERS

The Sun Newspaper are once again running a cheap ticket offer for Football League games. These are normally 2 for £9.50 or 2 for £19.50 de4pending on the club. Whilst we have no home games as part of the deal, we do have away games at Huddersfield Town, Wycombe Wanderers and Yeovil Town that are included. You will need to buy copies of the Sun Newspaper for vouchers and full details.

SEP MEETING AT WYCOMBE WANDERERS

As previously mentioned we will be having one of our regular branch meetings at Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday 25th of February. Full details will appear on the website over the coming weeks. All members and non-members are welcome to come along and join us.

POLO SHIRTS

We have spoken to the company that produced last year’s Polo Shirts and they have agreed to produce these for the same price. They have no problem with different colours to suit individuals. Order details will be on the site over the next few weeks with shirts costing £15 each.

DARLOW

Despite our rivalry over the years, most fans would agree that life would not be the same without Darlow. It’s a game that is currently missed by supporters and any success that they have in gaining promotion back to our level, would be evened out by us meeting again and the prospect of 3 points and a sell-out! However much we hate them, we love to hate them and it would be sad to think that we would never play them again. In order to help them through their current period we have spoken to them about a fundraising event, possibly in the summer. This would involve their Southern Supporters Group and will probably take the form of a football match followed by a pool/darts competition in a nearby pub. If anyone has any suggestions for this or wants to get involved with organising the event please get in touch with Stu on 07789 734790. All money raised would be split between the 2 clubs.

BREAKING NEWS!!!!

Graham ‘Capt Flicko’ Allen, our industrious secretary, has had the flag in for a bit of surgery. No longer will it flap around uncontrollably between seats at games, as he has had holes and rope attached to the bottom of the flag. This is his gift to the club and will be most welcome at away games for those attempting to hang the flag neatly!
